Organic Maple Liqueur Recipes
The Whip Martini
INGREDIENTS
3 oz Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur
2 oz Heavy Cream or Dairy Substitute (Almond Milk)
Maple Sugar
Cinnamon Stick
Ground Cinnamon
Maple Syrup
Chill a martini glass. Dip rim of martini glass in maple syrup and then into maple sugar. In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur, and heavy cream. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Pour into chilled martini glass and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
Orange Crush
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur
2 oz Orange Juice
1/4 oz Lime Juice
Club Soda
Rosemary Sprig
In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur, orange juice, and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Pour over ice, top with club soda and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Mint To Be
INGREDIENTS
3 oz Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur
1/2 c Fresh Mint
Club Soda
In a shaker add mint and Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur; then muddle. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Pour over ice, top with club soda and garnish with fresh mint.
Cathedral Horchata
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur
1 1/3 cups Uncooked Long-grain White Rice
2 Cinnamon Sticks
4 cups Water, divided
1 1/2 cups Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/3 - 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
To a blender, add rice, 2 cups water and cinnamon sticks. Blend until roughly ground. Add remaining water and blend again. Pour into a container with a fitted lid and place on counter overnight. Pour into a fine mesh strainer, into a pitcher. Discard the rice. Stir in milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar. Chill until ready to serve. Add Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur, stir and serve over ice.
Sweet Espresso Martini
INGREDIENTS
3 oz Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur
1 1/2 oz Espresso
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Serve in a chilled martini glass.
Mexican Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur
3 T Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 T Chocolate Syrup
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 pinch Chili Powder
1/4 cup Milk
3/4 cup Boiling Water
Bring Water to a roiling boil. Add Milk. Transfer to a mug. Add cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, cinnamon and chili powder. Stir to combine. Top with Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur and stir.
