Horseradish Infused Vodka Recipes
The Arete
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Horseradish Infused Vodka
1 oz Dry Vermouth
4-6 Jalapeño slices
2 Green Olives
Blue Cheese
Lemon and Lime wedge to garnish
In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Horseradish Infused Vodka, vermouth, and 2-4 jalapeño slices. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour over ice. Top with extra jalapeños, green olives, and blue cheese. Garnish with lemon & lime wedges.
Cathedral Bloody Mary
INGREDIENTS (Yields 2 cocktails)
4 oz Cathedral Ledge Horseradish Infused Vodka
1 c Yellow Cherry Tomatoes, halved
3 Tomatillos, chopped
1/2 Green Apple, chopped
1 Jalapeno, stemmed and chopped
2 T Lime Juice
1 sprig of Parsley & Cilantro
1 Garlic Clove
1 t Salt
1 t Worcestershire
1/2 t Green Hot Sauce
1/4 t Black Pepper
1/8 t Celery Seed
Add all ingredients, except the vodka, to a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve (discard of solids). Fill two tall glasses with ice. Add 2 oz of Cathedral Ledge Horseradish Infused Vodka to each glass. Spilt tomato mixture between each glass. Gently stir. Additionally season and garnish to your liking.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Horseradish Infused Vodka
2 oz ROOT Crafted Cocktail Mixer The Lemongrass
Club Soda
In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Horseradish Infused Vodka and The Lemongrass Mixer. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour over ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice.
Horseradish Pomegranate Margarita
INGREDIENTS
3 oz Cathedral Ledge Horseradish Vodka
1/2 oz Pomegranate Juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Serve over ice.
