Sweet Apple Pie

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur
1 1/2 oz Apple Puree

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Pinch of Cinnamon
 

Peel and cube 1 apple (McIntosh).Add the cubed apple, lemon juice and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until smooth. In a shaker, combine Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur and apple puree. Shake well and serve immediately. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick. 

Aquavit Spiced Punch

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Aquavit
2 oz Pumpkin Puree

6 oz Apple Cider

2 oz Orange Juice

Pinch of Cinnamon

Champagne 

In a blender, combine pumpkin puree, apple cider, orange juice, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and add mixture to a shaker with ice. Add aquavit and shake vigorously. Divide into two glasses. Top with chilled champagne and garnish with star anise, cranberries, and orange slices. 

*Makes 2 servings

Gin & Java

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Gin
1 oz Tia Maria

5 oz Tonic

In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Gin and Tia Maria. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour over ice. Top with tonic and garnish with coffee beans and cocoa nibs.

Autumn Orchard Martini

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Cathedral Ledge Fig Infused Vodka
2 oz Grand Marnier

1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Aquavit

2 oz Apple Juice
 

In a shaker add ice and all ingredients. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and serve in a chilled martini glass. 

Spiced Eggnog

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Cathedral Ledge Aquavit

4 oz Eggnog

 

In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Aquavit and eggnog. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Serve over ice.

Rye Hot Toddy

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Cathedral Ledge Rye Whiskey

3 oz Boiling Water

1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Honey Simple Syrup

 

Combine all ingredients in a mug and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.  

Mountaintop Martini

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Cathedral Ledge Blueberry Vodka

1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur

 

In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Blueberry Vodka and Elderflower Liqueur. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and blueberries. 

Nordic Warmer

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Aquavit

 

Serve neat as a digestif or après ski.

Spicy Bloody Mary

2 oz Cathedral Ledge Horseradish Vodka

3/4 cup Bloody Mary Mix

Garnish with:

Lemon Wedge

Lime Wedge

Celery

Olives

Bacon

Shrimp

 

In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Horseradish Vodka and Bloody Mary Mix. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Get creative with the garnishes.
