Intimidation Mule
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Ginger Infused Vodka
1 can of Ginger Beer
2 Fresh Jalapeños
1/2 oz Lime Juice
2 dashes of Aromatic Cocktail Bitters
Place 2-3 thin slices of fresh jalapeños to the bottom of a glass, add 2 dashes of bitters and muddle. Add ice or ice sphere and slowly pour 2 oz of Cathedral Ledge Ginger Infused Vodka over the ice. Top with your favorite ginger beer. Garnish with an additional jalapeño slice.
Three Birches Martini
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Ginger Infused Vodka
2 oz Fresh Green Apple Lime Juice*
1/2 T Honey Simple Syrup
Add the apple lime juice, Cathedral Ledge Ginger Infused Vodka, and honey simple syrup to a shaker. Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake until the shaker turns frosty. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an apple slice
*How to make the Green Apple Lime Juice
Add 1 large tart green apple, cored and cut into slices, into a high speed blender. Add 1/4 water and the juice of 1 large lime. Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer, pressing on the pulp to get all the juice.
Bird's Nest
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Ginger Infused Vodka
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes of vanilla
1/2 oz Honey Simple Syrup
Club Soda
In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Ginger Infused Vodka, lemon juice, vanilla, and honey simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour over ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice.
