Another Pretty Face
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Vodka
3 oz Grapefruit Juice
4 oz Seltzer or Club Soda
2-4 Cucumber Slices
2-4 Grapefruit Slices
2 Sprigs of Rosemary
In a shaker, muddle 1 sprig of rosemary, 2 grapefruit slices, and 2 cucumber slices with grapefruit juice. Add ice, Cathedral Ledge Vodka and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour over ice in a tall glass. Top with club soda and garnish with remaining rosemary, grapefruit, and cucumber slices.
Cathedral Martini
INGREDIENTS
3 oz Cathedral Ledge Vodka
1 oz Dry Vermouth
Green Olives to garnish
Chill a martini glass by adding ice and setting to the side. In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Vodka and dry vermouth. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Discard ice in martini glass and pour contents of the shaker into glass. Add green olives to garnish.
Final Gesture
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Vodka
3 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Galliano
In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Vodka and orange juice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour over ice. Float Galliano overtop and garnish with an orange slice.
Kiwi Vodka Sour
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Vodka
1 Kiwi
1 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Reserve one slice of kiwi for garnish. Puree the remain kiwi with the simple syrup. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Serve over ice and garnish with kiwi slice.
